By accessing and using Production Hub ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

Production Hub provides a marketplace for buying, selling, and renting professional film and production equipment. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Engage in any form of harassment or abusive behavior
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Listings and Transactions

Production Hub acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the actual transaction between users.

Seller Responsibilities:

• Accurately describe items and provide truthful information
• Honor the terms of sale once a transaction is agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding sale of equipment
• Pay all applicable fees and charges

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with sellers about requirements
• Complete payment as agreed upon with seller
• Inspect equipment upon receipt and report issues promptly

5. Fees and Payments

Production Hub charges fees for listing upgrades, featured placements, and advertising packages as outlined on our Pricing page. All fees are:

• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Charged in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified
• Subject to change with 30 days notice
• Exclusive of any applicable taxes

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant Production Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The Production Hub brand, logo, and platform design are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on Production Hub:

• Stolen or counterfeit equipment
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials requiring special permits
• Items prohibited by law in your jurisdiction

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Production Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, quality, or authenticity of user listings
• The reliability or conduct of users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Production Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Production Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Platform
• Non-payment of fees

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
